Since its establishment back in 2013, Japanese streetwear label BAL has gone with the tagline “active urban wear support system & graphix supply.” And while its collections do indeed feature a smattering of ’90s-inspired graphic tees, they’ve always skewed toward a more mature, more contemporary evolution of what streetwear’s become — and the brand’s Fall/Winter 2016 range is no different. Dubbed “white roses” — like this year’s spring/summer drop — and following 2015′s “light with dark” releases, 2016′s fall/winter drop is once again chock full of staples like graphic tees, pullover hoodies, slim trousers, flannel button-downs, caps and more, but injects each piece with some modern flair, whether it be a fringed hem or zippered side slit.
Layered to perfection above, select pieces from BAL’s Fall/Winter 2016 “white roses” release — including the dragonfly silk bandanas and scarves that figure prominently throughout the lookbook — can be picked up now online and atselect dealers while more drops are sure to follow throughout the weeks and months ahead.
