MR PORTER spent 24 hours with Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne starting on the eve of the CFDA awards. The duo will always be New York’s darlings as their label, Public School has amassed a pretty strong following throughout the years — it has become one of the city’s most quintessential clothing brands. In the video we see the Dao-Yi and Maxwell start their ideas on paper while having a slice at Joe’s Pizza in Greenwich Village. They then move on to fittings where friend and stylist, Eugene Tong works his magic before the show. The vid then culminates to the actual catwalk presentation and shifts to the moment before the awards ceremony with a special appearance by a certain Chicago Bulls players.
