After Billboard announced The Life of Pablo became the first number one album with more than half of its units generated by streaming services, Kanye continued his preliminary concert series before his major TLOP tour with a stop at The Paradise International Music Festival in Manila, Philippines.
Performing songs like “Father Stretch My Hands” and “Famous” for the first time, the latter of which ended in a short speech about artistic honesty and integrity. Kanye also mentions “Famous” came out of a writer’s block and will be the first single off TLOP, which should mean a forthcoming video, if he doesn’t change his mind.
Kanye’s next scheduled performance is New York’s Governor’s Ball on June 5.
