While your typical Hibiki, Yamazaki or Nikka comes with a familiar taste that’s synonymous to scotch, Kikori Japanese Whiskey opts for a lighter, more refreshing offering as a spirit. The unique taste of the drink comes from its 100% rice mashbills – local grains that have been cultivated in Japan for over some 2000 years, which is then cooked in giant steal steamers.
