Located in the Tribeca area of New York City, the loft was bought by Wang for $2 million USD back in 2010 from Holly Brubach, credible fashion writer. In true designer fashion, Wang decided to give the apartment his own touch with notable renovations. The redesign was assisted by decorator Ryan Korban, which led to a minimalistic aesthetic consisting of stained black floors that mirror Wang’s personal wardrobe and fashion selection. Getting down to the details, the inside hosts one bedroom, two bathrooms with over 2,000 square feet of space throughout a large open loft design sitting under high ceilings. The building was developed back in 1866 while the apartment itself is currently listed by Wang at $3.75 million USD(R58 649062.50 ZAR).
